2. What is a cash-based physical therapy practice?
A cash-based physical therapy practice is one that does not accept insurance. Instead, patients pay directly for the services they receive. This allows for more personalized care, flexibility, and often faster access to treatment without the restrictions or delays that can come with insurance-based systems.

3. How can I get started with physical therapy for my child?
To get started, simply book a consultation to learn more about our services so we can get to know you and your little one and establish a plan that best fits their needs. You may also fill out the contact form if you want more information on next steps!

4. What if I need to cancel or reschedule an appointment?
We understand that life happens, and we try to be as flexible as possible. We ask that you provide us with at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. This allows us to offer the time to other families who may need it. If we do not receive a cancellation with 24 hours' notice, a $45 cancellation fee will be charged. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain a schedule that benefits all of our patients.
5. What type of payment do you accept?
Payment is due at the time of service, we accept credit card, debit card, cash, and HSA/FSA cards.
